Abstract: This document is a step-by-step guideline to implement the Interoperability Management and Audit System (IntMAS). The IntMAS has been developed to help organisations manage their interoperability efforts through a structured methodology. Said methodology allows for them to establish, communicate and achieve targets to improve their interoperability performance through a set of tailored artefacts which follow the well known plan-do-check-act learning and improvement cycle.
