Abstract: Oral saline solutions are essential for maintaining body fluid balance, especially in patients experiencing dehydration or fluid loss. Conventional saline containing NaCl, however, can exacerbate hypertension, increasing the risk of stroke and other cardiovascular complications, while glucose-based solutions may cause hyperglycemia in diabetic individuals. To address these challenges, this study presents the development of an anti-diabetic and anti-hypertensive oral saline that safely restores and maintains body fluids, provides energy support, and avoids negative impacts on blood pressure or blood glucose levels. Timely administration of such a formulation is critical, as uncontrolled fluid loss can lead to severe complications or even death.
