A Universal Template for a Theory of Everything (ToE)

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This document presents a universal template for constructing a Theory of Everything (ToE), offering a structured yet flexible framework for unifying the fundamental laws of physics. The central idea is to provide a modular approach in which researchers can insert their own assumptions, mathematical structures, or physical principles in order to generate a consistent and testable ToE model. Unlike traditional attempts that often focus on specific formulations such as string theory, loop quantum gravity, or other frameworks, this template is intentionally general. It allows different approaches to coexist, encouraging comparison, synthesis, and refinement. The proposed template highlights the importance of both mathematical rigour and empirical adaptability, ensuring that new theories remain open to experimental validation. Its modular design accommodates emerging concepts in quantum mechanics, relativity, cosmology, and particle physics, while leaving room for potential discoveries that may challenge current paradigms. By standardising the structure of ToE proposals, this framework helps reduce redundancy, promotes clarity, and facilitates collaboration across disciplines. Ultimately, this work emphasises that all proposed Theories of Everything can be viewed as subsets of a broader universal structure. With this template, physicists can explore novel ideas systematically, bridging diverse perspectives while aiming toward the unification of physical reality.
