Abstract: TRUE v6.0 proposes a complete overhaul of TRU v5.x.It postulates that all natural phenomena arise from a universal and evolving redistribution of information and energy.The parameter K — or its logarithm κ = ln K — is not a material object but a local indicator of the quality of redistribution:harmony (κ ≈ 0),crispation (κ ≠ 0).TRUE v6.0 marks a full disengagement from the concepts and metrics of standard cosmology:it no longer refers to “black-hole mass”, to Einsteinian geometry, nor to cosmological constants derived from external hypotheses.It adopts a TRUE-first perspective: observations must be interpreted in the language of TRUE, not the other way around.This new version introduces:a unified conceptual basis: any observed structure is the manifestation of a local state of redistribution, not a fixed entity;an evolving dynamics: K may vary in space-time according to as-yet-unspecified but testable equations;a method for direct interpretation of instrumental data (astrometry, radial velocities, spectra, ecological fluxes) without standard conversions;an open framework for falsifiability: if κ ≈ 0 suffices, that outcome is acceptable.
