Frequency Reinforcement as the Experimental Signature of the Theory of Universal Functional Coherence

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This work presents the first experimental formulation of the Universal Functional Coherence Theory (UFCT), through the signatures of frequency reinforcement and critical transitions. UFCT proposes that quantum mechanics, relativity, and thermodynamics emerge from a deeper functional dynamics, governed by the interaction between two primordial fields: coherence (χ) and adaptive opposition (ψ). On the experimental side, we identify two falsifiable predictions: (i) frequency reinforcement, where oscillations predicted in the Hz range by quantum mechanics shift into the kHz regime once functional coherence crosses a critical threshold (L₁); and (ii) the irreversible transition (L₂), characterized by the constant κ ≈ 0.17. Reanalyses of public ultracold atom datasets revealed selective hints of these phenomena, particularly in datasets V28d1 and V19d6, which displayed enhanced coherence consistent with the functional model. The article also reports large-scale numerical simulations that map the trajectory of the critical transition, distinguishing stable, critical, and unstable regimes. While the observed signals remain preliminary, they already suggest the real possibility of validating UFCT in the laboratory. Definitive confirmation will require dedicated experiments, whereas the absence of kHz reinforcement would delimit the scope of the theory.
