Pure Perception: A Field-Based Transpersonal Initiation into the State of the Pure Self

Abstract: This article presents the original method Pure Perception, a transpersonal practice designed to restore contact with the Pure Self through embodied symbolic work. The method integrates elements of body awareness, projection analysis, and symbolic visualization, enabling clients to recognize hidden parts of the psyche, overcome compensatory defenses, and reestablish inner balance. Theoretical foundations combine transpersonal psychology, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and body-oriented therapy. A practical protocol is described, including stages of destabilization, observation of projections, integration of shadow aspects, and anchoring in embodied presence. The method demonstrates potential effectiveness for individuals experiencing loss of orientation, inner fragmentation, and identity crisis.
