Abstract: Independent energy storage (IES), as the main body of the new market, has received widespread attention. However, due to its market mechanism and business model unclear, the value of energy storage (ES) cannot be fully reflected. Taking the sharing economy as a foothold, this article calculates the IES business model and economic benefits. First of all, the investment operation model is proposed, including self -investment+self -operation, financial leasing and operating lease. And the two IES profit models are designed with capacity sharing and adjustment capabilities. Then, based on the full life cycle theory, the ES economic benefits of ES economic benefits were constructed for ES users and ES providers. Finally, the effectiveness of the model method was verified by the simulation example.
