Abstract: This study focuses on the interface design of mobile application (APP) based on mobile portal, and innovatively proposes a more comprehensive design idea. Through the multi-channel collection of user feedback and application performance experience data during the usage process, this research identifies the actual needs of users, and conducts interface design research including visual design, interaction design, standard functionality and application performance. The visual design mainly includes layout, icons, color and text. Interaction design mainly encompasses login, navigation, list, query and input. Standard functionality includes standard pop-up window, application floating window, customer service assistant, sharing and forwarding, font size, service account, FAQ, application cache clearing. Finally, application performance considers factors such as network request latency, page crash and slow response time. The goal is to enable users to utilize the mobile application more efficiently and conveniently, thereby improving user satisfaction and experience.
