Abstract: This article introduces the authorial method VSİ-Ya (Visual-Symbolic Integration of Self), a transpersonal and integrative practice that uses drawing, color, and symbolic forms to access, diagnose, and restructure inner identity. The method allows clients to visualize unconscious conflicts, experience them somatically, and transform destructive images into resourceful ones. Through symbolic integration, the individual regains connection to the center of the Self and restores inner wholeness.
