Abstract: Under the background of global energy transition and the rapid development of intelligent technologies, health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management, as the core link of the petroleum industry, the application of intelligent technologies provides a brand-new improvement solution for it. Based on the case analysis of enterprises such as Eni and Shell, this article explores the practice and effectiveness of intelligent technology in HSE management. However, the intelligent transformation still faces multiple challenges. In response to this, this article puts forward several suggestions, including strengthening data security protection. In the future, petroleum enterprises need to further build an open and innovative ecosystem, promote HSE management to shift from passive response to active prevention, and provide continuous impetus for the efficient and safe development of the industry.
