Abstract: ABSTRACT (ENGLISH)TRUE 6.0 is a minimal cosmological frameworkderived from the broader TRU 5.9 theory of fractal-informational redistribution.It replaces the notion of a constant dark-energy densitywith a single global parameter κ(t)measuring the degree of large-scale redistribution imbalance.The model modifies the Friedmann equationby adding a term proportional to κ(t)and assumes a relaxation law 𝑑κ/𝑑t = –γ H(t) κ ,so that κ(a) = κ₀ a^{–γ}.The resulting expansion history is E²(z) = Ω_{m0}(1+z)³ + Ω_{r0}(1+z)⁴ + Ω_{κ0}(1+z)^γ.For γ > 0 the effective equation-of-state is w_eff = –1 + γ / 3 > –1,implying that the accelerated expansion is transientand should fade in the long term.An illustrative parameter set(H₀ = 70 km s⁻¹ Mpc⁻¹, Ω_{m0} = 0.30, γ ≈ 0.3)reproduces the recent late-time acceleration similar to ΛCDMbut predicts a gradual fading of the dark-energy-like component,consistent with the ≈10 % decrease reported by Shajib & Frieman (2025).The framework is directly testablewith combined SN Ia, BAO, H(z) and upcoming Euclid DR1/DR2 data.RÉSUMÉ SCIENTIFIQUE (FRANÇAIS)TRUE 6.0 est un cadre cosmologique minimal dérivé de la théorie plus large TRU 5.9fondée sur la redistribution fractale-informationnelle.
