The Effect of Foreign Direct Investment on Economic Growth

Abstract: This study examines the causal relationship between FDI and economic growth in selected MENA countries in the period 2005-2010. The results show that FDI has positive and significant effect on economic growth, so that an increase of 1 percent of its value, growth, 0.03 percent increased.
