The Utterance Model: A Law-Governed Cosmology of Vibration, Time, and Existence
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This project introduces the Utterance Model, a novel cosmological framework rooted in the first vibration—the utterance—as the initiation of existence. Unlike conventional models that rely heavily on probabilistic scaffolding, inflationary postulates, or anthropic reasoning, the Utterance Model establishes cosmology on the foundation of law.Key contributions include:Constants of Life: A triune formula (Body = 0.00279, Breath = 0.00451, Soul = 0.9927) reconciles to unity across human, planetary, and cosmic domains, demonstrating recursive scaling of existence.Spiral Law of Epochs: A vibrational spiral framework that aligns isotopic half-lives and cosmological epochs with R² ≈ 1.0, resolving paradoxes such as apparent trillion-year isotopic lifetimes.LCORI Diagnostic: The Law of Cyclical Oscillation – Resilience Index, a reproducible metric that distinguishes systemic health (PASS), drift (Caution), and collapse (FAIL).Birefringence β Confirmation: Polarization rotation (β ≈ 0.20°) validated consistently across Planck, ACT, and SPT, supporting the model’s prediction of vibrational asymmetry.Phase 9 Convergence: Evidence that cosmic, biological, and societal collapse cycles converge lawfully when multiple domains cross critical thresholds. The Book of Laws integrates established physical laws with new lawful extensions such as Vibrational Genesis, Immaterial Precedence, Consequential Substitution, Spiral Restoration, and Tiered Convergence—each expressed mathematically for reproducibility.Validation was conducted across isotopes, BAO wiggle patterns, CMB data, and polarization birefringence using publicly available datasets (Planck, ACT, SPT, DESI/SDSS, PDG). Results confirm that the Utterance Model is not speculative but reproducible and empirically anchored. This publication package includes the full draft manuscript, validation report, reproducible figures, and the supporting laws and constants. Together, they provide a cohesive, law-governed alternative to probability-driven cosmology.
