HUMAN-E: Hypothesis on TGF-β Reduction for Muscle Growth, Immunity, and Healing

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: HUMAN-E is a hypothesis focusing on reducing the activity of TGF-BETA (Transforming Growth Factor-Beta) by around 20–25%. TGF-BETA regulates myostatin, which prevents excessive muscle growth. Lowering TGF-BETA could allow healthier muscle development, stronger bones, improved immunity, and faster wound repair. To balance benefits and risks, the hypothesis suggests combining CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing, calcium and vitamin D supplementation, and tumor-suppressor support. Risks such as cancer and fibrosis are considered, and mitigation strategies are proposed. The project is presented as a scientific proposal, encouraging students, researchers, and professionals to discuss how careful regulation of TGF-β could open new directions in medicine and human enhancement.
