Design and development of carbon management platform for rail transit and new energy equipment
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The rail transit and new energy equipment industry is a major contributor to carbon emissions, and plays a crucial role in energy conservation and emission reduction. In response to the national call for carbon neutrality and to support national energy-saving and emission reduction initiatives, the rail transit and new energy equipment industry needs to manage carbon emissions across various stages, including raw material acquisition, production, operation, and waste recycling. To this end, based on "Internet+" technology, a carbon emission management and service platform for the rail transit and new energy equipment industry has been designed and developed. The platform is introduced from the aspects of demand analysis, platform architecture, primary functions, and potential function expansion. It provides services such as carbon emission data management and monitoring, enterprise carbon inventory and reporting, and product carbon footprint accounting and reporting for relevant enterprises. The platform enables tracking, monitoring, and analysis of carbon emissions within the rail transit and new energy equipment industry. It helps enterprises better achieve energy-saving and emission reduction goals while providing technical support for their low-carbon development.
