Abstract: Continuous studies are being conducted on the Sangam literary corpus that has been collected. Studies on the words morphemes in that corpus are being carried out day by day by linguists and lexicographers with a long-term perspective. Even the Nikandus (Ancient Thesauri in Verbs) in that emerged in the Middle Ages can be considered a research collection. The words of Sangam literary corpus have been written separately and presented as a collection, making it special for Tamil. This Nikandus was a compilation of words in the entire literature, divided by subject. In this way, the aim of this study is to take only the root and group the words into a field based on the biological principles of Tolkappiyar and subdivide them into one field. Tolkappiyar presents the theory of the biological vocabulary through genetics.
