Abstract: GalaxWeb is a visionary concept for a next-generation interstellar communication network inspired by the structure of a spider’s web. This project proposes the creation of a distributed, adaptive system that extends beyond traditional SETI approaches. Instead of passively listening for distant signals, GalaxWeb actively reaches into the cosmos, forming a multi-layered network capable of both detecting and transmitting signals across interstellar distances. The network begins on Earth and expands outward through heliocentric nodes and deep-space relays, creating the foundation for a potential two-way dialogue with extraterrestrial intelligence. This document presents the original concept, development roadmap for 2026–2035, and strategic vision for the future of cosmic communication.
