Cosmic Communication and the End of Transmission: Stellar Spectra and Black Holes as Information Channels

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This work reframes astrophysical spectroscopy as a universal system of communication, where stars, galaxies, and black holes participate in a continuous broadcast of information. Stellar and galactic spectra are interpreted as natural messages, redundantly encoding microstates across photons and interactions. Black holes, instead of representing paradoxical repositories of lost data, are proposed to mark the natural termination of transmission: most information has already been disseminated through electromagnetic radiation during stellar lifetimes, while residual states are gradually released via Hawking evaporation. This perspective dissolves the black hole information paradox by situating it within a broader framework of distributed communication, uniting atomic physics, astrophysics, and quantum information theory.
