Abstract: This case report highlights the successful Ayurvedic management of Tinea Manuum (Dadru Kushtha) using an Anubhoota Yoga formulation named KT715 Lepa. Conventional antifungal treatments often fail to address recur-rence; however, KT715 Lepa demonstrated complete resolution of symptoms without side effects over 30 days. This report emphasises the potential of Ayurvedic management in effectively addressing common dermatophyto-sis.
