Abstract: I present SOMA-Bench, an open synthetic benchmark and evaluation harness for IAM sign-in, account recovery, and machine-credential rotation in the post-quantum era. We release schemas, a seeded generator, baseline policies, PQC overlay models, and reproducible scripts, and report baseline trade-offs (fraud vs. friction vs. latency) to serve as a reference floor for future methods.
