Abstract: The study examines the crucial role of modern analytical techniques in validating Pottali Kalpana, a specialised Ayurvedic formulation within the discipline of Rasashastra. The Pottali Kalpana, a specialised formulation in Rasashastra, offers compact, potent, and emergency-ready Ayurvedic remedies derived through Murchita Parada yoga. While deeply rooted in traditional knowledge, its global acceptability hinges on scientific validation. This article highlights the crucial role of modern analytical techniques—such as ICP-AES, XRD, FTIR, and SEMEDX—in assessing the chemical composition, safety, and efficacy of Pottali preparations. It outlines standardised testing parameters, including organoleptic evaluation, ash values, and toxicological profiling. By integrating ancient alchemical wisdom with rigorous scientific methods, the study builds a strong case for the global recognition of Rasaushadhis through analytical standardisation and regulatory compliance.
