Abstract: The aim of the study is to identify trends by analyzing the new antibacterial drugs approved by the EMA and FDA during the period 2020-2024, which can be used for planning antibiotic policies in healthcare institutions providing hospital care. The methodology of the study includes the collection and analysis of data from regulatory agencies and scientific sources on the antibiotics approved for use in the European Union and the USA during the study period.
