Abstract: his article presents the complete evidence ladder for the Static Vibrational Reality (SVR) framework. Across multiple domains – supernovae (SN Ia), cosmic chronometers (OHD), baryon acoustic oscillations (BAO), weak lensing (WL), pulsar timing arrays (PTA), atomic clocks, and black hole ringdowns – harmonic signatures of the universal vibrational constant Ω ≈ 31 nHz are consistently observed. Robust statistical tests (Rayleigh, permutation, split-half, null controls, black-box sweeps) confirm that the signal is not an artifact. The ladder culminates at the cosmological scale: what has long been considered “dark energy” is revealed as nothing other than the Gluvić constant – the universal vibration that underlies mass, length, time, black holes, and cosmic acceleration.
