The Universal Equation: Emergence of ", Pure Informational States, the Universal Informational Constant, and the Livolsi Factor. A mathematically necessary Theory of Everything

Abstract: In this work I present the purely mathematical demonstration that the Universal Equation is already a self-contained Theory of Everything. Without adding anyexternal assumptions or arbitrary parameters, two complementary and unavoidablesolutions emerge: (i) the universal entanglement network ", characterized byE = 0, m = 0, and = 1, and (ii) the Pure Informational States (Ψ-IPS), definedby the Universal Informational Constant I = 3 and by the Livolsi FactorF = 2=p3. These structures are not optional interpretations but mathematicallynecessary consequences of the equation itself. From them, Relativity, Quantum Mechanics,Electromagnetism and Gravity emerge naturally, and physical constants arereconstructed and predicted with coherence and precision.
