Abstract: Objective: Cancer is a complex disease, and many different methods are used to treat it. Ascorbic acid is one of the nutritional supplements used to prevent the proliferation of cancer cells. Therefore, the effect of ascorbic acid at different pH levels on SH-SY5Y cells was investigated. Material and Method: The cytotoxic effect of ascorbic acid at different pH levels and concentrations, and its effect on cell proliferation and gene expression were studied on SH-SY5Y cells.
