Abstract: Although the origin of the human race is the final stage of evolution, in a human society that has undergone many stages of change, tribal people have been living without being subjected to the pressures of civilization and have been living with hunting as their primary occupation. Anthropologists have various views on the origin of tribes. The purpose of this article is to study the life and sociology of the Irular tribes among the tribal people found in the Nilgiris district of Tamil Nadu.
