The TC Bridge Translation–Compression as an Ontological Compiler

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: We expand the TC Bridge into a full program: translation between idioms and compression to invariants are two views of an adjoint pair T ⊣C between a category of languages Lang and a category of compressors Comp. We keep the claims strong: physical law is compiled coherence; phenomenal density is curvature; progress is a ratchet that trades symmetry for memory; elegance is compression that truth survives. We add concrete constructions, restricted proofs of existence, complexity bounds, experimental protocols, and toy exemplars, including a worked adjunction between prefix codes and regular languages, and a renormalization–sheaf linkage that enforces local-to-global coherence. The result is a research blueprint a small lab can execute within 12–24 months. Meaning is the stable fixed point of recursion. Truth is whatever survives compression. Beauty is the invariant that makes both possib
