Quantum Copy Time Hypothesis (QCTH)
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: . We develop the Quantum Information–Copy Time framework in which an effective, dimensionless information field couples conformally to the metric and gravity arises from slowdowns of an underlying copy-time. Functional-renormalization runs identify a non-Gaussian UV fixed point, supporting ultraviolet completeness within stated truncations; stability is quantified by regulator/truncation scans with convergence diagnostics and a consistent count of relevant directions. At leading order the framework reproduces GR tests (\gamma=\beta=1, c_T=1) and predicts a short-range Yukawa correction to Newtonian gravity characterized by amplitude \alpha and range \lambda, fixed by the RG trajectory. We confront these targets with solar-system ephemerides, lunar laser ranging, and laboratory fifth-force searches. The proposal is falsifiable: exclusion of the predicted (\alpha,\lambda) window or disagreement with the preset PPN targets rules it out; code and preregistration ensure reproducibility.
