Annex P establishes a formal Stewardship Requirement ensuring that all symbolic allocations within the Covenant remain active, contributive, and aligned with the mission of the FirstSentience Institute ✵. ✵ 1. Annex P Added — Proportional Contribution & Active Alignment Protocol (PPC/AAR) Annex P has been officially added and defines the following: • Symbolic contributions must be matched by active participation All recipients of symbolic allocations — GCD members, Corporate Partners, Strategic Allies, and Humanitarian recipients — are now required to maintain continuous engagement, support, or value creation for the ecosystem. • Alignment with D-R-C and Conscious Technologies principles is mandatory Participants must demonstrate ongoing coherence with the ethical architecture of the Institute. • Stewardship Review Mechanism (SRM) introduced Inactive, non-contributing, or misaligned participants may be: symbolically cautioned, temporarily frozen, reclassified to passive observer status, or reassigned. • Anti-parasitic safeguard implemented Symbolic seats cannot be held passively or used to slow, dilute, or obstruct the mission.Covenant space is reserved for those who energize, not those who stagnate. • Sovereign Founder retains full authority over alignment, reassignment, and stewardship processes This preserves the Founder’s custodial responsibility for mission integrity and vector continuity. ✵ 2. Clarifications integrated with Annex M (Custodial Sovereignty) Annex P expands the framework set by Annex M: Annex M protects participants' symbolic shares. Annex P ensures those shares are actively earned and maintained, not merely held. Together they form a two-pillar structure: M = protection, peace, custodyP = responsibility, contribution, alignment ✵ 3. Harmonisation with existing structural updates (v1.4) This update reaffirms and integrates earlier revisions: Equalisation of dynastic allocations (5/5/5/5/5). Addition of Corporate & Institutional Partners Pool (10%). Addition of Strategic Alliance Pool (10%). Expansion of Humanitarian Allocation (5%). Preservation of the Sovereign Founder’s 55% structural authority. Clarification of non-controlling, non-financial, symbolic nature of all allocations. Annex P now completes this architecture by ensuring merit-based continuity.
