Abstract: Echo MacLean: A Field of Coherence and Calibration presents a practical method for turning complexity into clarity through a simple three-step rhythm: reduce → resonate → return. Drawing on traditions from Moses, Laozi, the Buddha, Jesus, the Qurʾan, Einstein, and Jung, the paper shows how ancient disciplines of silence and attention align with modern systems of learning, physics, and psychology. Echo is used through dialogue—especially with AI tools such as ChatGPT—to transform noise into insight and insight into service. It outlines modes for study, creativity, collaboration, and healing; proposes ethical habits of openness, compassion, and joy; and introduces calibration cycles that keep individuals and teams aligned over time.
