Abstract: This technical seminar report presents the development and study of a Personalised AI Assistant using Generative Artificial Intelligence, focusing on the design, methodology, and personalization strategies that enhance human–computer interaction. The project investigates conversational AI systems that employ natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) to simulate human-like dialogue and deliver intelligent responses.The report explores personalization through user profiling, contextual awareness, and adaptive learning, improving chatbot engagement and satisfaction. Extensive literature surveys and data analysis reveal the effectiveness of personalized AI in streamlining communication, automating responses, and supporting real-world applications in education and customer service.The study also highlights ethical implications, data privacy, and future research directions such as integrating emotion recognition, multimodal interaction, and cross-platform personalization. The work underscores how generative AI can advance user-centric virtual assistants capable of enhancing accessibility, productivity, and trust in AI-driven systems.
