Abstract: The study in question presents the development and implementation of Acoordio, an intelligence( AI) assistant designed to address informational demands and provide guidance related to the Systems Analysis and Development (ADS) and Information Technology Management (GTI) programs at Santa Cecília University (UNISANTA), located on the coast of São Paulo State Brazil. Its main objective is to describe th econception, operation, and initial impacts of the tool within the context of Distance Education (EAD) and academic management. Acoordio was developed based on natural language technologies and functions as an informational and administrative mediator among students, professors, and the program coordination, with the intention that the application of AI in this context enhances efficiency and fosters a new culture of interaction.
