Resonant Boundary Collapse: An RCMA Perspective on the Double-Slit Experiment
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This paper extends the Resonant Convergent Mutation Architecture (RCMA) framework into the context of the classic double-slit experiment. It proposes that wavefunction collapse arises not from observation as a conscious act, but from the imposition of a resonant boundary condition on the quantum field’s underlying stringlet medium. The analysis introduces the concept of boundary-induced resonance collapse, where measurement corresponds to altering the geometric impedance of the vacuum field, transforming a coherent superposition into a localized standing mode. This reinterpretation bridges RCMA’s field-based resonance model with quantum measurement phenomena, suggesting new experimental pathways using variable-impedance slits, surface acoustic modulation, and polarization-tunable boundaries. This document complements prior RCMA releases, including: Resonant Cavity Mutation Architecture: Mathematical Companion RCMA Next Steps Map Toward a Unified Framework Resonate Cavity Approach Together, these works form a cohesive exploration of resonance, boundary dynamics, and emergence within the quantum vacuum field.
