Abstract: 13. Euchaetomeropsis merolepis (Illig, 1908) Euchaetomera merolepis Illig, 1908 Indonesia records: Western part of Sumatra Island (Indian Ocean) (Taniguchi 1974). Depth: unspecified vertical net (Taniguchi 1974). Global distribution: This species has a very wide distribution, from the Mediterranean Sea (W.M. Tattersall 1909; Colosi 1929; Nouvel 1943; Casanova 1968; Madurell & Cartes 2003; Wittmann & Ariani 2010; San Vicente 2017), Atlantic Ocean (Zimmer 1914), Indian and Atlantic Oceans (Illig 1930), East Pacific Ocean (W.M. Tattersall 1943), South Atlantic Oceans (O.S. Tattersall 1955), Japan (Murano 1977), Canary Islands (Haroun & Sanahuja 2003), western Pacific Ocean (Lin et al. 2011) and Greece waters (Koulouri et al. 2016).
