This study gains its importance from the fact that the office of the President of the Republic is among the most significant positions in the state, as it expresses the will of the state in its foreign relations. The Head of State has numerous prerogatives in the foreign, i.e. diplomatic, domain . He defines the country’s foreign policy, concludes international treaties, and appoints and accredits ambassadors and diplomatic representatives. These matters will be examined in this research paper.
