Abstract: This article discusses the importance of Coach technology in the development of creativity of students and the possibilities of its application in the educational process. Coaching is characterized as an innovative method aimed at the personal development of the student, the disclosure of his creative potential. The article analyzes the relationship between Coach technology and creativity, presents the main problems and recommendations on the way to its implementation. The authors show that the systematic use of the coaching approach, in addition to increasing the ability of students to think creatively, also has a positive effect on their personal development.
