Abstract: This paper, grounded in the Turbulent Gravitational Field Theory (TGFT), investigates the propulsion mechanism of UFO plasma engines. Referring to the Renormalized Strong Turbulence Theory of Low-Frequency Magnetic Field and Ion-Acoustic Wave Generation Induced by High-Frequency Waves proposed by He Xian-Tu (1986) [1], it is argued that the nonlinear interaction of high-frequency waves with plasma can trigger strong turbulence, whose renormalized energy transfer forms low frequency magnetic and acoustic modes. Within this framework, TGFT postulates that the longitudinal energy waves induced by strong plasma turbulence manifest as controllable gravitational-potential gradients, capable of generating thrust without reaction mass ejection. Starting from the averaged Maxwell–MHD equations, the paper derives the turbulent gravitational-potential equation, revealing the feedback coupling among high-frequency excitation, turbulent structures, and longitudinal compressional waves—thereby providing a new theoretical foundation for reactionless propulsion.
