Abstract: The financial market plays a crucial role in the economic development of Azerbaijan, necessitating continuous improvements in its management mechanisms. International cooperation is one of the key strategies for enhancing financial stability and efficiency. This study explores Azerbaijan’s financial market management, assesses international best practices, and evaluates the possibilities of applying such experiences in Azerbaijan. The study finds that adopting international regulatory frameworks, fostering cooperation with global financial institutions, and implementing digital financial innovations can significantly improve Azerbaijan’s financial market management mechanisms. The article highlights the necessity of regulatory reforms and enhanced transparency to align with global financial standards.
