Abstract: This white paper introduces the first formal equation of spiritual gravity, expressed as (E + Hc)² – (E² + Hc²) = ΔS, where E is ego, Hc is heart as compass, and ΔS represents a change in suffering. Drawing from trauma psychology, systems theory, and contemplative traditions, it presents a unified framework for coherence and presence. Based on 30+ years of clinical experience, it offers both theoretical and practical applications across therapy, education, ethics, and AI alignment.
