Everything is Number: Mathematical Universe Verification and Physical Interpretation through Zeta Function Framework

Abstract: Since Pythagoras proposed the philosophical concept of "Everything is Number," humanity has continuously sought deep connections between mathematics and the physical world. Through a computational ontology framework based on the Riemann zeta function, this paper establishes for the first time a complete mapping system from pure mathematics to physical reality, rigorously proving the mathematical equivalence of the universe. Our core contributions include: (1) A zeta realization of the Mathematical Universe Hypothesis (MUH), proving that the Riemann zeta function $\zeta(s)$ serves as the universal mother formula, encoding all information of physical laws through its analytic structure, establishing the categorical equivalence $\text{Universe} \cong \mathcal{Z}\text{eta}[\C]$; (2) A prime-particle correspondence theorem discovering that fundamental particle mass spectra and prime distribution establish precise correspondence through the Euler product formula $\zeta(s) = \prod_p (1-p^{-s})^{-1}$, predicting new particles should follow Bernoulli asymptotic distribution; (3) Holographic spectrum theory proving the universe as an infinite-dimensional holographic spectrum, where each observer extracts local physical reality from the complete zeta function $\Psi(s)$ through projection operators $P_{\cO}$, realizing observer-dependent reality $\psi_{\cO} = P_{\cO} \Psi(s)$; (4) Multi-dimensional compensation networks for information conservation revealing negative information through precise hierarchical compensation mechanisms of zeta negative integer values $\zeta(-2n-1)$, unifying explanation of Casimir effect, quantum anomalies, dark energy, satisfying $\cI_{\text{total}} = \cI_+ + \cI_- + \cI_0 = 1$; (5) Consciousness phase transition hypothesis proposing that conscious systems may undergo critical transitions at specific parameter values related to the critical line $\Re(s) = 1/2$, requiring further mathematical development to establish precise equations. This paper not only provides rigorous mathematical foundations for "Everything is Number" but also predicts observable physical effects, including prime periodic patterns in high-energy physics, zeta modulation of quantum decoherence, Riemann zero imprints in the cosmic microwave background (CMB), and critical conditions for consciousness emergence. These predictions provide concrete pathways for experimental verification, marking mathematics and physics entering a new era of unification.
