Abstract: Created in the devastating context of the Covid-19 pandemic in Brazil, the Aldir Blanc Law was an emergency measure established by the Brazilian parliament with the aim of mitigating the impacts of the pandemic on the cultural sector. The result of intense social mobilization and in opposition to the federal government, this law brought new paradigms to national cultural policy, operating in a federative manner, despite several implementation difficulties. These experiences were documented by a large number of researchers who reported on various aspects of the law, from its drafting and planning phase to lived experiences, dynamics of social participation and the results of its implementation. This article presents a brief analysis of the technical and academic productions that focus on the implementation phase and the results of the Aldir Blanc Law.
