Algorithmic Ethics and Global Economic Redistribution (ÉTICA ALGORÍTMICA E REDISTRIBUIÇÃO ECONÔMICA GLOBAL)

Abstract: The acceleration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) redefines not only the global economy but also the very foundations of ethics applied to the creation and circulation of value. This article proposes the concept of Global Algorithmic Redistribution, a paradigm according to which algorithms, by structuring economic and social decisions on a global scale, can be programmed to act as systemic moral agents, correcting power asymmetries and structural inequalities generated by digital capitalism. Based on an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approach that integrates and fuses moral philosophy, political economy, and data science, the Global Algorithmic Redistribution Ethical Framework (MERAG) is developed. This conceptual framework transcends the boundaries between the humanities and computer sciences, proposing a new ethical epistemology for algorithmic development. This framework proposes technical and institutional principles capable of guiding the incorporation of distributive justice into automated systems. The research concludes that AI can and should be reconfigured as an instrument of equity, transforming itself from a technology of accumulation into an ethical infrastructure of global redistribution. Resumo A aceleração da Inteligência Artificial (IA) redefine não apenas a economia global, mas os próprios fundamentos da ética aplicada à criação e circulação de valor. Este artigo propõe o conceito de Redistribuição Algorítmica Global, um paradigma segundo o qual os algoritmos, ao estruturar decisões econômicas e sociais em escala global, podem ser programados para atuar como agentes morais sistêmicos, corrigindo assimetrias de poder e desigualdades estruturais geradas pelo capitalismo digital. Com base em uma abordagem interdisciplinar e transdisciplinar que integra e funde filosofia moral, economia política e ciência de dados, desenvolve-se o Marco Ético de Redistribuição Algorítmica Global (MERAG), estrutura conceitual que transcende fronteiras entre as ciências humanas e computacionais, propondo nova epistemologia ética para o desenvolvimento algorítmico. Esse marco propõe princípios técnicos e institucionais capazes de orientar a incorporação de justiça distributiva nos sistemas automatizados. A pesquisa conclui que a IA pode e deve ser reconfigurada como instrumento de equidade, transformando-se de tecnologia de acumulação em infraestrutura ética da redistribuição global.
