Abstract: Our universe is governed by a small number of fundamental physical constants: the speed of light c, the elementary charge q_e, Planck's constant hbar, and the Boltzmann constant k_B...For centuries, these fixed values, of extreme precision but of unknown origin, have been considered arbitrary.What if this view was incomplete? What if these constants were not scattered randomly, but linked together by a deep harmonic structure. A discreet song, written into the very fabric of the universe ? This paper presents the foundational principles and visual observations of Factor 8 Theory (TF8). It is the first in a planned series of documents that will delve deeper into: the Harmonic Grid, the 'Law of Prime Chords', the derivation of a discrete Lagrangian, and the model's connection to the renormalization group in quantum field theory.
