Study on the Influence of Physical Education Curriculum on Ado-lescent Mental Health From the Perspective of "body and Medicine Integration"

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: In contemporary society, adolescent mental health issues such as depression and anxiety are on the rise, posing a significant global public health challenge. Traditional interventions predominantly focus on medical treatment or psychological counseling while overlooking the positive role of physical exercise. Integrative Medicine and Sports (IM&S), an innovative paradigm, emphasizes combining physical education with medical knowledge to promote adolescent mental health through structured exercise programs and psychological education. This study adopts an IM&S perspective to investigate the impact of physical education on adolescent mental health, develop optimal intervention models, and validate their effectiveness through empirical research, thereby providing scientific evidence for adolescent health promotion.
