Abstract: :This document unifies versions v1.2 and v1.3 of the Nodal Weave Theory (TM), introducing the Coherence Algebra 𝔄_T and the quantized nodal Lagrangian.Version v1.2 formalizes the operator–algebraic foundation of TM, defining relational time and the informational dynamics that generate emergent spacetime.Version v1.3 extends the framework to the quantized Lagrangian and numerical β–flow, deriving the informational constant $\xi$ as a renormalization invariant.Together, these results establish the algebraic–quantum core of TM and connect theoretical predictions to observable deviations in Casimir/DCE experiments, inaugurating the RG 2026 phase.
