Asymptotic Attainment of the K.e. Shannon Energy Limit Value With a Synchronous Orthogonal Code

Abstract: This article proves that the synchronous orthogonal code OK2048 provides an asymptotically limiting minimum ratio in a continuous Gaussian channel at an information rate equal to the channel capacity. The decoding complexity is determined by the extremely sparse matrix of this orthogonal code.
