A Tailored Adhesive‐Conductive Interlayer for Interface Stabilization of Large‐Scale Lithium Metal Powder Electrodes for High‐Energy‐Density Batteries (Adv. Energy Mater. 38/2025)
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: High-Energy-Density Batteries In article number 2505780, Du Yeol Ryu, Jeonghun Kim, Yong Min Lee, and co-workers develop 20 μm-thick and 300 mm-wide lithium metal powder(LMP) anodes stabilized by a tailored adhesive-conductive polymer interlayer. The interlayer suppresses delamination and galvanic corrosion at LMP/current collector interface, enhancing cycling stability. Furthermore, continuous coating processes of both interlayer and LMP-layer allow scalable fabrication of lithium metal anodes.
