Abstract: This appendix provides supplementary information and additional context to support and enhance the content presented in the CMEMS-QUID-006-014 document. It reports visual comparisons for a set of model variables. Weekly and overall average profiles of the model analysis and forecast are compared with climatological vertical profiles for 16 Mediterranean sub-basins. Each version of the Appendix refers to the relevant version of the CMEMS-QUID-006-014 document (e.g., Appendix v3.4 refers to CMEMS-QUID-006-014 v3.4). The version of the Appendix and of the CMEMS-QUID-006-014 is declared in their first page.
