Inhibition of breast cancer cells by Cr:Ag nanoparticles prepared using a plasma jet system
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Core-shell silver and chromium nanoparticles were produced using a plasma jet process. The TEM, FE-SEM, XRD, and UV tests were conducted. The nano size ranged below 100 nm, and the XRD values for Ag: Cr2O3 were 24.48∘, 33.76, and 36.587∘ diffraction angles, which correspond to (012), (104), and (110) planes, respectively. After the nanomaterial was confirmed, its effect was assessed by looking at the MDA cell line's core-shell. The maximum concentration of core-shell nanoparticles that prevented growth after 48 hours was 53.33%. at a concentration of 100% Ag: Cr2O3. I labored to create a nanomaterial and fortify it with silver in order to stop cancer and parasite cells. After 48 hours, the maximum toxicity for the normal cell line (REF) at a 100% concentration of Ag:Zn NPs was 23.33%. The toxicity of Ag: Cr2O3 to healthy cells is minimal.
