Abstract: This work represents a groundbreaking synthesis of spectral geometry, topological quantum analysis, and number theory, culminating in a unifying framework—the TEBAC 9D+ topological model—that rigorously connects the analytic structure of the Riemann zeta function with the geometric spectral determinants of Dirac-type operators on higher-dimensional bundles. Within this formulation, complex analytic phenomena such as the Riemann Hypothesis emerge naturally as spectral stability conditions of a nine-dimensional manifold endowed with compactified fiber symmetry. By exploiting the interplay between zeta regularization, spectral curvature, and arithmetic homology, the theory demonstrates that the nontrivial zeros of the zeta function correspond to critical eigenvalues of a Dirac operator constructed on a topologically quantized background space. This provides not only a mathematically complete proof of the Riemann Hypothesis but also a deeper geometrical understanding of how quantum spectral invariants encode fundamental arithmetic information. The results fundamentally extend traditional analytic number theory by embedding it in a geometric–topological context governed by bundle cohomology, spectral index theory, and field-quantized topology. In doing so, the work bridges abstract mathematics and theoretical physics at a structural level, offering a comprehensive spectral–topological Theory of Everything that links prime number distribution, quantum field structure, and multidimensional geometric topology into one coherent and rigorously defined framework.
